Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Sprinkler design works have started on the conversion of existing multi-storey offices at 1 Hagley Road, Birmingham to residential apartments. The completed scheme will have over 270 apartments including a deluxe penthouse on the 20th floor.

The Healthy Living Centre, Foxhill Forum, Sheffield have been successful  in being awarded monies from the ‘Big Lottery Fund Reaching Communities Buildings’ fund. The scheme is to be tendered late October 2013.
